Once you book White Space, you'll receive an email with all the instructions to access the space. Be sure to read this, as the email changes as our policies change.
Sure! White Space is by appointment only, so be sure to make an appointment with Jeff or Maddie to see the space so you don't interrupt another renter. You can contact us here.
The time you rent the space is the time you are allowed in the space. If you need additional time, be sure to pay for that time. That said, we understand that things happen. If you go over your allotted time, be sure to contact Maddie or Jeff right away (contact information will be in the email you receive when you book) about extending your time. If the studio is available, we will charge the card on file for additional time.
If you go over your booked time and do not let us know, you will be charged $50 for every 15 minutes you go over your time.
Literally, anytime! Our large, glass garage door and front window bay face east, so morning light is hard and direct (think great, dramatic shadows). Our side windows face east, for indirect, softer light all day. Lastly, our mezzanine windows face west, so early-to-mid afternoon is ideal in that area (where the bedroom setups are). It's all about what look you're going for, but you can feel confident that the studio has great light all day!
White Space is full of props and furniture that are periodically switched out for the seasons. You have access to all of it when you rent. If anything is private or not included in your rental, it will be marked PRIVATE.
